At Laboratoire SVR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare routine. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original boxes and include the printed return form inside your package to ensure fast processing.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
